At the time of publication in June 2024, rates for 2024 – 2025 at SQ5 range from $1,400s to just over $2,100, per person, per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change. Due to the tier system used by student housing apartments, most apartments raise rates throughout the lease-up season after a certain number of leases are signed.
