Square on Fifth Atlanta is situated at the intersection of Abercrombie and Spring Street, offering a three-minute walk to campus and mere steps away from Tech Square.
In close proximity to SQ5 are student hotspots, including Tiff’s Treats, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Moge Tea and even the Publix grocery store.

Square on Fifth offers a 24/7 fitness center, providing residents with round-the-clock access to exercise facilities. Additionally, residents enjoy exclusive access to the property’s rooftop pool, courtyard and grills, as well as the clubhouse and game rooms.
For security, the building is equipped with security cameras in these amenity areas and access is restricted through key fob turnstile entries. The fully furnished apartments at Square on Fifth offers stainless steel appliances, in-unit washers and dryers, generous closet space, a wall-mounted TV and premium wi-fi, ensuring a comfortable and modern living experience.
Parking
As of January 1, 2025, Square on Fifth residents utilize Centergy / Tech Square Parking, where standard unreserved monthly parking is $140 per month. An Overnight Monthly Parker option, which allows unlimited overnight access, is available for $170 per month, and reserved parking spaces are offered at $210 per month. Monthly parking is billed on the 1st of each month and is not prorated based on the date of registration. At the time of publication (2026), these rates remain current.

Square on Fifth in Atlanta has one- to four-bedroom floor plans with a range of pricing options… The available room configurations include 1×1, 2×2, 3×3 and 4×4 layouts.
At the time of publication in January 2025, rates for 2025 – 2026 at SQ5 range from $1,315 to just over $2,110, per person, per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change. Due to the tier system used by student housing apartments, most apartments raise rates throughout the lease-up season after a certain number of leases are signed.
