Entrance to Rambler on Cypress Street.

With the entrance accessible from Cypress Street, Georgia Tech campus is only three blocks away.

Given Georgia Tech’s highly walkable campus, location is paramount when choosing a lease. Both Rambler Atlanta and Square on Fifth are in East Midtown near Tech Square and Scheller College of Business.

Rambler Atlanta

At 736 Peachtree NE, Rambler is just past Tech Square, Scheller College of Business and Barnes & Noble. Surrounding the property, you’ll find the CODA building and other student properties like The Standard and The Connector. Rambler is a five minute walk from Georgia Tech’s campus.

Down Spring Street towards UniversityHouse and The Mark, you’ll find Square on Fifth. It’s close to Whistler, Tiff’s Treats and Publix. It’s a three-minute walk from Georgia Tech’s campus.

Square on Fifth offers 1×1, 2×2, 3×3 and 4×4 floor plan options

As of the publication date in September 2024, the rates at Square on Fifth vary, ranging from $1,375 to $2,200 per person per month, depending on the unit type. These rates are subject to change. The implementation of a tier system in student housing apartments often results in rate increases during the lease-up season after reaching a specific number of signed leases.
