At the time of publication in December 2025, rates for 2024 – 2025 range from $1,265 to $2,099 per person, per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change. Due to the tier system used by student housing apartments, most apartments raise rates throughout the lease-up season after a certain number of leases are signed. The Connector is also a pet friendly community. Residents who opt to bring a pet will pay a $350 pet deposit and a monthly pet fee of $25.
