Pricing and Floor Plans

Rambler

Rambler features floor plan options ranging from studios to 6×6 layouts. Prices for each layout vary. Find the most up to date pricing information by visiting our floor plan pages. 

Units come fully furnished with stainless steel appliances and a modern kitchen with white quartz countertops, matte black accents, warm walnut tone cabinets and a zellige tile backsplash. Other features include premium Wi-Fi internet, full-sized washers and dryers, a wall-mounted smart TV and more.

Inspire

Inspire Atlanta offers studio, 1×1, 2×1, 2×2, 4×2, 4×4, 5×3 and 5×5 floorplan options.

As of the publication date in February 2025, the rates at Inspire range from $935 to $2,115 per person per month, depending on the unit type. These rates are subject to change.

Units come fully furnished with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer and private bathrooms for every bedroom.
