The Mark
The Mark is located at the corner of Spring Street and 10th Street, a 10-minute walk from Georgia Tech’s east campus and Tech Square. It’s near a variety of restaurants, Publix, and popular dessert spots like Insomnia and Tiff’s Treats.

The Mark
The Mark also has floorplan options ranging from studios to 6×6.
As of the publication date in March 2025, the rates at The Mark vary, ranging from $1,075 to $2,075 per person per month, depending on the unit type. These rates are subject to change. The adoption of a tier system in student housing often means that rental rates will rise during the lease-up period once a certain number of leases have been signed.
