Location 

Because Georgia Tech’s campus is highly walkable, choosing a convenient location is crucial when selecting an apartment. Both Rambler Atlanta and The Mark are perfectly positioned in East Midtown, near Tech Square and the Scheller College of Business.

Rambler Atlanta

Rambler Atlanta is just beyond Tech Square, close to the Scheller College of Business and the Barnes & Noble. The surrounding area features the CODA building and other student apartments such as The Standard and The Connector. Rambler is just a five-minute walk from campus.

The Mark

The Mark is located at the corner of Spring Street and 10th Street, a 10-minute walk from Georgia Tech’s east campus and Tech Square. It’s near a variety of restaurants, Publix, and popular dessert spots like Insomnia and Tiff’s Treats.

Pricing and Floor Plans

Rambler

Rambler features floor plan options ranging from studios to 6×6 layouts. Prices for each layout vary. Find the most up to date pricing information by visiting our floor plan pages. 

Units come fully furnished with GE stainless steel appliances, premium Wi-Fi, bluetooth controlled washers and dryers, a wall-mounted smart TV and more.

The Mark 

The Mark also has floorplan options ranging from studios to 6×6. 

As of the publication date in March 2025, the rates at The Mark vary, ranging from $1,075 to $2,075 per person per month, depending on the unit type. These rates are subject to change. The adoption of a tier system in student housing often means that rental rates will rise during the lease-up period once a certain number of leases have been signed.
