Found at 960 Spring Street NW, The Hub is situated a brief 6-minute walk from Georgia Tech, just across the interstate. It’s positioned past the Publix Shopping Center, right across from The Mark, at the junction of Spring Street NW and Peachtree Place NW.
Amenities
Similar to its counterparts in Midtown, Hub provides an array of amenities beyond the ordinary.
In the Hub community, residents can indulge in the luxury of a rooftop pool and hot tub, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable escape. The fitness center is well-equipped for those seeking an active lifestyle, complemented by a yoga studio for holistic well-being. For added comfort, the spa and sauna facilities offer a rejuvenating experience. Parking
For those bringing their car to campus, the Hub offers parking spaces available for purchase in a controlled-access garage, accessible from Peachtree Place. These spots come standard and tandem and are available for $125 and $75 per month respectively, at the time of publication.
Pricing and Floor Plans:
Hub provides a diverse range of floor plans, encompassing studio, 1×1, 2×1, 2×2, 3×2, 3×3, 4×3, 4×4, 5×3, 5×4, 5×5 and 6×4 options. Certain floor plans offer exclusive Hub+ upgrades, such as VIP and Mansion.
The VIP floor plans feature enhanced furniture, appliances and decor, along with exclusive amenities like a private terrace, floor-restricted access and more. Opting for the Mansion upgrade provides a larger private terrace, complete with a personal hot tub.
The Hub is a pet friendly community. At the time of publication, residents who choose to bring a pet will pay a one time pet deposit of $300 and a recurring monthly fee of $30.
Rates for 2024 – 2025 at the Hub range from $1,105 to $1,910 per person, per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change. Due to the tier system used by student housing apartments, most apartments raise rates throughout the lease-up season after a certain number of leases are signed.
