Theory Interlock offers a range of floor plan options from studios to five-bedroom apartments. The available configurations include studio, 1×1, 2×2, 3×3, 4×4 and 5×5.
Apartments come fully furnished featuring hardwood-style floors, modular walk-in closets and the enticing option for a private balcony. Theory Interlock is also a pet friendly community. If you choose to bring a furry friend, you’ll pay a one-time pet deposit of $300 and a recurring monthly pet rent of $35 per month.
At the time of publication in July 2024, rates for 2025 – 2026 at Theory Interlock range from $1,349 to $1,869 per person, per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change. Due to the tier system used by student housing apartments, most apartments raise rates throughout the lease-up season after a certain number of leases are signed.
