Location means everything when living on a walkable, urban campus like Georgia Tech. Both Rambler and The Connector are conveniently located near East Campus across the Fifth Street Bridge.

Rambler 

Rambler sits at 736 Peachtree NE, less than five minutes from Tech Square, Scheller College of Business and Barnes & Noble. Rambler is just beyond the CODA building, close to other student properties such as The Standard.

The Connector

Off of Spring Street near The Standard, The Connector sits at the intersection of Spring Street NW and 3rd Street NW. The Connector is a six minute walk from Georgia Tech’s campus.

Rambler

Rambler offers a variety of floor plan options from studios to 6×6 layouts. View current pricing and availability on our floor plans page.

Units come fully furnished with stainless steel appliances, premium Wi-Fi internet, full-sized washers and dryers, a wall-mounted smart TV and more.

The Connector

The Connector offers studio, 1×1, 2×2, 4×4 and 5×5 layouts.

As of the publication date in October 2024, the rates for 2025 – 2026 vary between $1265 and $2099 per person per month, depending on the unit type.

Units are fully furnished featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, smart TVs, and comfortable furniture.
