Rambler is located at 736 Peachtree NE,  just a short walk from Tech Square, Scheller College of Business and the CODA building.This prime location is just past Barnes & Noble, near other student properties like The Standard and The Connector. You’ll also be near popular spots like Cypress Street Pint & Plate and MidCity.

Hub Atlanta

Hub Atlanta, located conveniently near campus and downtown, is only a 7 minute walk to on-campus entertainment scenes such as the McCamish Pavilion. Nearby, you’ll also find stores like Publix, and restaurants such as AltaToro and Moe’s Southwest Grill.

Pricing and Floor Plans

Rambler

Rambler features floor plan options ranging from studios to 6×6 layouts. View current pricing and availability on our floor plans page.

Units come fully furnished with stainless steel appliances and a modern kitchen with white quartz countertops, matte black accents, warm walnut tone cabinets and a zellige tile backsplash. Other features include premium Wi-Fi internet, full-sized washers and dryers, a wall-mounted smart TV and more.

Hub Atlanta

Hub Atlanta offers studio, 1×1, 2×1, 2×2, 3×2, 3×3, 4×2, 4×3, 4×4, 5×3, 5×4, 5×5 and 6×4 layouts.

As of the publication date in February 2025, the rates for 2025 – 2026 at Hub Atlanta range from $1,095 to $1,950 per person per month, depending on the unit type. Please keep in mind that rates may change, and for some floorplans, you’ll need to reach out to the leasing office for the most current pricing.

Every unit comes fully furnished, featuring quartz stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk-in shoes with glass enclosure and blackout shades in each bedroom.
