Location
For many Georgia Tech students, location is one of the most important factors when deciding where to commit to a lease. Both Rambler and The Standard are near East Campus across Fifth Street Bridge.
Rambler
Rambler is located at 736 Peachtree NE, just a short walk from Tech Square, Scheller College of Business and Barnes & Noble. This prime location is just past the CODA building near other student properties like The Standard and The Connector. It is a five minute walk to the Georgia Tech campus.
The Standard
On the southern stretch of Spring Street NW, The Standard is approximately a 3-minute walk from Georgia Tech’s campus. The Standard features lower-level retail spaces, currently housing Starbucks, Sweet & Fresh and more. It stands across the street from The Connector Atlanta across the street.

The Standard
The Standard offers studio, 1×1, 2×2, 3×3, 4×2, 4×4, 5×3 and 5×5 layouts.
As of the publication date in September 2024, the rates for 2025 – 2026 at The Standard vary between $1,305 and $1,990 per person per month, depending on the unit type. It’s important to note that all rates are subject to change.
