You’ll meet the leasing team at our temporary leasing office (845 Spring St. NW) at the time of your scheduled tour. Here, you’ll have the chance to ask questions and discuss your preferences for your ideal apartment. Be sure to come prepared with a list of questions to help make your tour personalized, helpful and timely. To help you get started, we’ve compiled a list of 15 questions to ask on a tour.
Once you’ve collected your hard hat and vest, we’ll hop on our golf cart, Luna, and head to the construction site!
Touring the Property
Once you arrive at Rambler, you and the leasing staff will first head up to the 19th floor, where you will see the pool deck and lounge, yoga studio and fitness center.
Next, we’ll have the opportunity to pop into a couple of units, based on the floorplan you’re interested in. Finally, we’ll head to the study mezzanine and check out Daydreamer cafe and the lobby on the ground floor.
After we’ve toured the property, we’ll head back to the leasing office on Luna. We’ll wrap up with a summary and answer any questions you may have after your tour.
Applying and Signing Your Lease
Once you’ve toured the site and found the perfect apartment for you, it’s time to start your application and secure your unit. The application should take around 10 minutes to complete. You can complete this in the office so you can ask our team any questions you might have, or this can be completed later on your own if you prefer.
Once you finish the application, you’ll be prompted to sign your lease. Read through it as you sign and ask questions as you go. Once you’ve signed the whole lease agreement, you’re a future Rambler resident!
