Before You Go

Before your scheduled tour, reflect on the priorities you have for your apartment. Consider factors such as the number of desired roommates, preferred views and any specific requirements you may have. Having a clear idea of your preferences will streamline and personalize your tour experience.

Here’s a checklist to think through before your tour:

  • Price range
  • Preferred floor plan style (studio, 4×4, 5×5, etc.)
  • Desired amenities
  • Window preferences
  • Bathroom specifications
  • Pet accommodations
  • Parking options

Prepare a set of questions for the leasing staff, as committing to a year-long lease is a significant decision. To assist you, we’ve compiled a list of 15 questions to ask on a tour.

Booking a Tour

Once you’ve made your list of preferences and questions, book a tour at our leasing office. You will be able to choose any available day and time that works best for you. We have dates available up to two weeks out!

If you have potential roommates in mind, try to find a convenient time for everyone to attend, allowing you to collectively ask questions and gather information. The duration of the tour is around an hour.  It may take less time if you know what you’re looking for, but allotting an hour gives you plenty of time to ask questions, discuss with your roommates, and start your application!

Arriving at the Office

It’s tour time! When you arrive at Rambler located at 736 Peachtree St, you’re welcome to use available street parking in the surrounding area. Start Your Application

Once you’ve settled on the ideal floor plan for you and your roommates, you’ll kick off the application process.

Ensure you have your driver’s license or government ID on hand. The application typically takes about 10 minutes to fill out.

For international students, we recommend completing your application in the leasing office to address any questions or concerns that may arise during the process.

Guarantor Details

The application will also ask about your guarantor’s information.

If you’re unfamiliar with the term, a guarantor is essentially someone who qualifies to co-sign a lease – like a parent or guardian. Given that most students may not qualify to sign a lease independently, the guarantor assumes the responsibility of the rental rate on your behalf.

Once you’ve finished your part of the application, your guarantor will receive an email to complete another brief section.

Signing Your Lease

Upon completing your application, you’ll be guided to sign your lease. Take the time to read through your lease thoroughly and ask any questions as they arise – signing a lease is a significant commitment and it’s crucial to understand the terms fully. After signing your lease and any supplementary documents, you officially become a future Rambler Atlanta resident! Congratulations!
