The Rambler construction team has continued to make steady strides, keeping the project on track for the scheduled August 2025 move-in date.
This month, we are providing updates on the following:
Exterior
Exterior work continues with sidewalk pouring now underway on the north elevation. Finishing touches are being applied to the building’s exterior, including curb installations and continued site power and lighting conduit work.

Interior and Units
Inside, construction is advancing throughout the building. Drywall installation is nearly complete, as teams focus on painting, trim installation, and the installation of key unit features such as backsplashes, countertops and flooring.

The interiors are moving closer to completion as work progresses through various levels of the building.
Amenity Areas
Restroom and café tile installations are now in place on Level 1, and the first coat of paint has been applied to common areas and the fitness center.
The amenity spaces are taking shape, with a focus on finishing high-traffic areas such as the yoga studio, pool, lobby and the fitness center. Electrical and mechanical ceiling trim work is wrapping up, and installation fixtures in the spa and pool areas are underway.
